Professional Biography

I have been the arts division coordinator (and participant) of a high school robotics team known as The Pink Team: Roccobot . I have won third place in the Brevard County Writing Contest in the novels division in 2007. I have also worked for the Society of Women Engineers as a summer camp councilor for three consecutive summers teaching young girls about programming robots and helping them explore science and technology. In my robotics environment I have had to communicate between those in their teens and adults on the team and in the program. I believe these experiences have helped develop my sense of creativity and teamwork and have added to my experience of completing many successful projects such as art exhibitions at competitions, robotics team informative pamphlets for both students and adults, and successfully inspiring and selling art painted with a robot.
